These Terms of Service govern your use of mcllrealestate.com (the ‘site’), which is operated by MCLL ASIA CO., LTD., trading as MCLL Real Estate (‘the Firm’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

MCLL Real Estate is a real-estate brokerage and advisory firm. The site presents residences, developments, and information about our services.

No transaction is concluded on the site. An enquiry begins a conversation; any engagement, viewing, or transaction is arranged separately and governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding commitment to sell, let, or reserve any property.

We take care over the information we publish, but property details, including prices, availability, dimensions, floor plans, and visual material, are indicative and may change without notice. A property may be sold, let, or withdrawn at any time.

Where no price is shown, the property is offered at Price upon enquiry. We give no warranty that listing information is complete, current, or free of error, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. Please confirm any detail with us before acting on it.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means;

• interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;

• misrepresent your identity, or use the site to send unlawful or misleading material.

The site and its content, including text, photography, layout, the MCLL Real Estate name, and the wordmark, are owned by the Firm or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction or republication, requires our prior written consent.

The site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
