Founded in 2023, the Firm has placed over THB 8 billion in residential sales, supported by a multilingual team working in English, French, Thai, and Simplified Chinese. The portfolio spans branded residences, private villas, high-end condominiums, and properties held for long-term value.
The Firm also accompanies foreign buyers through Thailand’s ownership frameworks, including freehold quota acquisitions, leasehold structures, and leasehold-company solutions. Discreet by nature and precise in execution, MCLL Real Estate works as a private office for clients who expect clarity and control at every stage of a transaction.
