Sindhorn Lumpini is a deliberately small residential address beside Bangkok's Lumphini Park. Request the relevant lease, remaining term, assignment conditions and renewal provisions for the particular residence. Review service charges, management arrangements and any separately charged services alongside the purchase terms.
