What Is Planned for ICONPHUKET?
The concept goes beyond a conventional shopping centre. Plans include 12 attractions, with more than 40% of ICONPHUKET allocated to green and open spaces and one-third to attractions and entertainment. Individual attraction details have not yet been disclosed in the announcement.

How It Fits Into Synthesis Ark Phuket
ICONPHUKET is a component of the much larger Synthesis Ark Phuket mixed-use development, rather than another name for the entire project.
CV Group’s THB 50 billion masterplan combines residential, hospitality, office, education and wellness uses. Its first phase is scheduled for completion in 2032, distinct from ICONPHUKET’s planned 2029 opening. The Nexus, a separate district, currently targets 2028 on the Synthesis Ark project website.
